The frame of a half-timbered house is assembled within 20 days by a team of 3-4 people. A turnkey house is being built in 2 months, with virtually no wet processes.
When you purchase any of the sets of any phase, you get a fixed price that you can count on. In contrast to the construction of a house with a reinforced-concrete frame, built on an individual project, where the estimate during the construction process grows significantly.
All of our homes provide for the installation of a ventilation system. For greater energy efficiency, we offer our customers to install a ventilation system with recovery.
Thanks to the use of PIR insulation and GUARDIAN double-glazed windows, the house maintains a comfortable temperature, which will require a minimum of costs to maintain.
Unlike other heaters, PIR does not accumulate moisture, and therefore does not lose its energy-efficient properties. Before the construction of the frame, high-quality polymer waterproofing of the foundations is performed. Glued beams are also quite hydrophobic.
In addition to the fact that building a house from Smart Eco House will cost much cheaper than a similar house made on the basis of a reinforced concrete frame, so also the annual energy savings will be 2-3% of the cost of a house per year.
